P681 SRA NG NURSE SA QUEZON, NILINAW NG DOH 4A

NILINAW ng Department of Health-Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) ang P681.82 Special Risk Allowance o SRA na natanggap ng isang nurse sa Lucena City.

Kumalat sa social media ang kakarampot na SRA ng nurse na si Mark Raven Dominguez matapos niya itong i-post kamakalawa.

Paglilinaw ni Dr. Laula Paz Sydiongco, DOH Assistant Regional Director na ang SRA na natanggap ni Dominguez, staff nurse sa Mount Carmel Diocesan General Hospital ay base lamang sa araw na kanyang ipinasok sa nasabing ospital.

Paliwanag ni Sydiongco, base sa Certificate of Employment at daily time records ni Dominguez ay napatunayan ng kanyang pinapasukang ospital na tatlong araw lamang sa loob ng buwan ng Nobyembre, 2020 siya pumasok at hindi siya pumasok ng Setyembre, Oktubre at Disyembre ng nasabing taon.

Aniya, “The amount he received, which he posted on his social media page is equivalent only to the three days he reported for work, as shown in his validated daily time record. Furthermore, the Administrative Order No. 36, series of 2020, authorizing the grant of SRA to private and public health workers only apply to health workers directly serving or in contact with COVID-19 patients. It is computed by the actual number of days a staff is physically reporting for work.”

Dagdag pa nito, ang regional office ay may nakalaan na P1,997,640.91 sa Mount Carmel Diocesan General Hospital noong Marso 9, 2021 para ibayad sa SRA ng mga health worker base sa kanilang COEs at DTRs.
