Toyota Otis, Paco, Manila. PCSO Vice Chairperson and General Manager with Assistant General Manager for Charity Sector Julieta F. Aseo led the turn over ceremony of the ninety-one (91) Patient Transport Vehicles to municipality beneficiaries and partner hospitals on March 29, 2022.

All vehicles are equipped with basic and essential medical equipment as compliance with the Department of Health requirements. Each vehicle costs Php1,989,000.00 and it is expected to provide dependable and complete transport of patients who has non – life threatening condition. It is a manifestation of appreciation of PCSO to the local government units for supporting the agency’s Lotto Games and Small Town Lottery.

“Narito po kayo ngayon upang tumanggap ng Patient Transport Vehicles dahil tinangkilik ninyo sa inyong lokalidad ang aming mga produkto at ito po ay labis na ipinagpapasalamat ng PCSO sa inyong lahat. Alagaan po natin ito para sa ganoon ay marami pang mga kababayan nating nangangailangan ang maserbisyuhan ng nasabing Patient Transport Vehicles” PCSO GM Royina Marzan Garma said.
During the ceremony, Charity Assistance Department Atty. Marissa O. Medrano cited the responsibilities of utilizing the transport vehicle. A notable recipient in attendance was Congressman Joseph Sto. Nino B. Bernos, Representative of the lone district of Abra and the Chairperson of the Games and Amusements of the House of Representatives.
The last eight are scheduled for donation in the first week of April, simultaneous to the planned medical mission in Northern Luzon.
