KUMALAT kamakailan na si Maymay Entrata ang gaganap bilang Catriona Gray sa “Maalaala Mo Kaya” episode na tampok ang kuwento ng reigning Miss Universe.

Dahil dito, maraming bashers ang bumatikos kay Maymay. Pero nilinaw ng “MMK” director na si Alco Guerrero na walang katotohanan ito. Sabi niya sa Twitter: “Hello MayWard [Maymay Entrata-Edward Barber] fam!!! Now that it’s out, let’s clarify things. What we shot with Maymay and Team Catriona is part of the show, and Maymay will be part of something special for the live event – she’ll be walking the runway.” Dagdag pa ng director: “[I’ve] been wanting to clarify since the shoot but of course we have to wait for official announcements. Ginapos ko na nga ‘yung hands ko eh… joke.”

So, rarampa lang pala si Maymay sa isang Miss Universe homecoming event, at hindi gaganap bilang Catriona sa “MMK.”
