INIREKLAMO ang bise alkalde ng San Pascual, Batangas sa Office of the Ombudsman, Department of Interior and Local Government at Civil Service Commission, dahil sa umano’y paglabag sa Republic Act 6713 o Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees dahil sa ginawang “online game show” habang nasa oras ng trabaho.
“After due notice and hearing, judgement be rendered ordering the dismissal from service of respondent Vice Mayor Isagani “Willy” Dimatactac for Grave Misconduct and Conduct Prejudicial to the Best Interest of the Service, together with the cancellation of all his eligibilities, forfeiture of his retirement benefits, perpetual disqualification from public office and taking civil service examinations,” sabi sa reklamo.
“While ordinarily this kind of activity is welcomed during pandemic, this is sanctioned and strictly prohibited if done during office hours. The Civil Service Commission has declared that this is illegal and against the law,” ayon pa sa reklamo.
(CATHERINE CUETO)
