DALAWA katao ang dinakip habang dalawa pa ang pinaghahanap ng mga tauhan ng PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group –Regional Field Unit – NCR kaugnay sa paglabag sa BP 33, RA 8293 at RA 11692  sa Parañaque City.

Ayon sa ulat na isinumite ni CIDG-RFU-NCR Director Police Colonel Randy  Glenn Silvio kay PNP-CIDG chief, Police Maj. General Eliseo  DC Cruz, kinilala ang dalawang naaresto na sina  Joy Relucio Salari, cashier ng sinalakay na Lyx LPG Express sa  Zone 1, Sta. Ana, Brgy. Sun Valley, Parañaque City; at Roque Frando Belo, manager/cashier ng sinalakay na  Garalde LPG Gas/MG Delos Santos General Merchandise  sa Aguinaldo St., Malacañang Ville, San Antonio, Parañaque City.

Habang pinaghahanap naman sina Maximo Malayo, ang may-ari ng Lyx LPG Express sa Zone 1, Sta. Ana, Brgy. Sun Valley, at Marieta Garabalde delos Santos, may ari ng Garalde LPG Gas/MG Delos Santos General Merchandise sa Aguinaldo St., Malacañang Ville, San Antonio, Parañaque City.

Ayon kay Col. Silvio, matapos magsagawa ng surveillance operation ay ikinasa ng kanyang grupo ang CIDG Flagship Project OPLAN LIGAS, OPLAN OLEA at  OPLAN SALIKOP (entrapment operation) na nagresulta sa pagdakip sa dalawang suspek dahil sa paglabag sa  PD 1865, batas na nag-amyenda sa Batas Pambansa 33, may titulong “An act defining and penalizing certain prohibited acts inimical to the public interests and national security involving petroleum and/or petroleum products, prescribing penalties therefor and for other purposes, by including short selling and adulteration of petroleum and petroleum products and other acts in the definition of prohibited acts, increasing the penalties therein, and for other purposes”.

At paglabag sa RA 8293 at RA 11592 (An act establishing the regulatory framework for the safe operations of the liquefied petroleum gas industry).

Noong Biyernes, sinalakay ng mga tauhan ni Col. Silvio, katuwang ang Parañaque PNP ang Lyx LPG Express at Garalde LPG Gas/MG Delos Santos General Merchandise dahil sa inihaing reklamo ng Petron Corporation na kinatawan ng De Lumen, Valdez and Zamora Associates.

Napag-alamang inakusahan ang Lyx LPG Express at Garalde LPG Gas/ MG Delos Santos General Merchandise ng ‘unauthorized distribution’ ng  Petron gasul at Fiesta LPG products.

Sinasabing sangkot din ang dalawang kumpanya sa pamimili at pagbebenta ng illegally refilled Petron LPG products.

Nakuhang ebidensiya sa pagsalakay ang ilang tangke ng LPG, counterfeited Petron valve seals, gasulette tank, Petron gasulette LPG cylinder 2.5 kgs at Fiesta at Petron tanks.

The inventory of the above items were conducted in the presence of Brgy. Ex-O Ernesto S. Tayson Jr. of Sta. Ana, Brgy. Sun Valley; Brgy. Tanod Louie Del Rosario of Malacañang Ville, San Antonio, Parañaque City; and representatives from Petron LPG Corporation,” ayon pa sa report ni Col. Silvio.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng PNP-CIDG-RFU-NCR ang mga nadakip habang inihahanda ng mga kasong ihahain sa kanila kasama ang dalawang may-ari na kapwa ‘at large’. (JESSE KABEL)
