ARESTADO ang isang hinihinalang tulak ng ilegal na droga sa bisa ng warrant of arrest, sa New Antipolo Street, Barangay 217, Tondo, Manila noong Miyerkoles ng hapon.
Kinilala ang suspek na si Carlos Umali, 45-anyos, tricycle driver, ng Antipolo St., Tondo.
Ayon kay Police Captain Rufino Casagan, hepe ng District Police Investigation Operation Unit (DPIOU) ng Manila Police District, bandang alas-2:00 ng hapon nang isilbi ang warrant of arrest kay Umali sa New Antipolo Street sa Tondo.
Inaresto ang suspek ng mga awtoridad sa pamumuno ni Police Captain Veronica Apresurado, ayon sa utos ni Police Colonel Samuel Pabonita, hepe ng District Investigation Division ng MPD, sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Presiding Judge Grace Chavez-Ty, ng Regional Trial Court, Branch 117 ng City of Manila, na may petsang Disyembre 2, 2021 dahil sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at 11 Article II ng Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2022).
