INIHAYAG ni IATF spokesman at Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles na sakop ng 30-day grace period ang pagbabayad sa commercial rents dulot ng enhanced community quarantine na ipinatutupad sa Luzon.

Ani CabSec Nograles, desisyon ito ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) kung saan ang makikinabang ay ang micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

“No interests, penalties, fees, and other charges will be imposed as a result of the latest directive whose guidelines will be released by the Department of Trade and Industry,” pahayag ni CabSec Nograles.

Ang pamahalaan aniya ay nagtakda ng 30-day moratorium sa pagbabayad ng payments sa residential rents at lahat ng loans, kabilang na ang credit card payments at pawnshop loans. Ang Luzon-wide quarantine ay nagsimula noong Marso 17 at magtatapos sa Abril 13. CHRISTIAN DALE
