Imbestigasyon ididiga ni Sec. Panelo kay PDu30

IREREKOMENDA ni Presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo kay Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte na pag-aralan ang lease contract ng Ayala Group at University of the Philippines kaugnay ng UP Ayala Land Technohub sa Diliman.

Ito’y dahil positibong lugi ang UP at ang gobyerno sa pag-renta ng Ayala Group sa UP Ayala Land Technohub ng P20.00 less per square meter.

“Ay definitely lugi ang gobyerno dito. Can you imagine, 20 pesos less per square meter. I’ve been told by many businessmen, eh sila nga daw 500 pesos per square meter, yung iba 200 pesos. Can you imagine, P20.00 less per square meter. Kailangang pag-aralan natin ito. Kawawa naman ang gobyerno rito ,” ayon kay Sec. Panelo.

Nilinaw ni Sec. Panelo na ang rekomendasyon na rebisahin ang  lease contract ay hindi  policy direction ng pamahalaan.

“Hindi, I will recommend to the president if this is true, on the basis of a study and on the basis of their admission that only 10.4 billion will be taken by the government, by UP after 25 years. I will recommend to the president, aba pag-aralan natin ito mukhang kawawa na naman ang gobyerno dito. I have to probe it. I read it in the internet that ‘yun palang Technohub diyan sa UP run by the Ayalas, parang maraming, maraming ginawang computation ‘yung nag-research,”ani Sec. Panelo.

“Parang lumalabas na ‘yung buong lugar na ‘yun is being rented by the Ayalas at less than P20 per square meter for 25 years. Eh kung totoo ‘yun eh ‘di malaki na naman ang problema,” pahayag pa nito.

Kahit pa aniya maging P171.00 per square meter gaya ng sinasabi ng Ayala Land ay lugi pa rin ang pamahalaan.

Sa ulat, batay sa data mula sa Ayala Land ay nagpapakita ito na ang UP Ayala Technohub ay mayroong gross leasable area na 156,708.75 per square meter. CHRISTIAN DALE
