INAPRUBAHAN na rin ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) ang uniform travel protocols para sa lahat ng Local Government Units (LGUs).

Ang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ang siyang gumawa ng uniform travel protocols “for land, air and sea” sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines, League of Provinces of the Philippines, League of Municipalities of the Philippines, at League of Cities of the Philippines.

Binanggit ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque ang ilang salient provisions ng nasabing travel protocol.

Kabilang na aniya rito ang hindi na required na sumailalim sa COVID-19 testing ang byahero maliban na lamang kung ang “LGU of destination’ ay humihingi ng testing bago ang pagbyahe.

Ang testing ay limitado lamang aniya sa RT-PCR test.

Hindi na rin required na sumailalim sa quarantine ang byahero maliban na lamang kung sila ay nagpakita ng sintomas pagdating sa “LGU of destination.”

Patuloy aniya ang pagpapatupad ng mahigpit na minimum public health standards, gaya ng physical distancing, hand hygiene, cough etiquette, at pagsuot ng face masks at face shields.

Mahigpit din aniyang ipatutupad ang clinical at exposure assessment sa lahat ng port of entry at exits samantalang ang health assessment ng mga byahero ay mandatory ” upon entry in the port/terminal at exit” sa point of destination.

Pagdating naman aniya sa kinakailangang dokumento ay hindi na required ang travel authority na galing sa Joint Task Force COVID Shield at hindi na rin required ang health certificates.

Ang mga Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APORS) na nagtatrabaho sa gobyerno ay kinakailangan magpakita ng identification card, travel order, at travel itinerary.

Kailangan din aniya ng mga ito na makapasa sa symptom-screening sa ports of entry at exit. (CHRISTIAN DALE)
