Areas Open for Small Town Lottery (STL) Applications:

PCSO through the STL Core Group Secretariat will be accepting application of September 14, 2021 – September 29, 2021 from 8:00am to 5:00pm for the following areas for Small Town Lottery Operations:

Pangasinan
Caloocan City
Malabon
Valenzuela
Zamboanga City
Zamboanga Sibugay

The STL Applicant must be a duly registered corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and one hundred percent (100%) owned by Filipino Individuals with a minimum paid-up capital of Twenty Five Million Pesos (25,000.000.000.00) per area of application.
