NGAYONG araw ay lilipat na sa General Community Quarantine/ Modified General Community Quarantine ang bansa.

Ang pamahalaan kasama ang ‘whole-of-government approach’ ay inilagay na sa tamang lugar ang interventions at measures alinsunod sa minimum public health standards upang masiguro na ligtas ang mga Filipino.

Sinabi ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque na nagpalabas na sila ng guidelines na ipatutupad sa workplaces, employers at workers.

Ani Sec. Roque, hindi kayang labanan ng pamahalaan ang COVID-19 nang nag-iisa.

Kailangan aniya ang pinagsama-samang pagsisikap ng lahat para labanan ang pandemya.

“The sacrifices of our people in the past seventy or so days are laudable and we must not put these to naught.  It maybe difficult for some, especially those who will physically report, but we live in extraordinary times and situation,” ayon kay Sec. Roque.

Samantala, dahil sa maraming sektor at industriya ang magsisimula ng kanilang operasyon ngayon ay nanawagan si Sec. Roque na patuloy na makipag-cooperate ang lahat sa mga awtoridad sa mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng quarantine protocols.

“Let us take care of each other by wearing face masks/face shields, maintaining physical/social distancing, staying at home if/when need be and avoiding crowded places, and the like. Only then we can heal and rise as one,” ayon kay Sec. Roque. CHRISTIAN DALE
